IN no small way he is right. The left has been using the courts and bureaucracies to push its agenda through because it knew it wouldn't make it through Congress. That is changing though as we saw with the last Democrat controlled Congress when they rammed through Obamacare and other things over the will of great majorities of the people, even their own constituencies. What else can you say when several Democrat Congressmen on are film laughing about being limited by the Constitution?
