I don't mean to be a smart-ass but I was just wondering why is it

relevant that the son was autistic???

Non-spectrum kids have been know to deliberately missed their buses

too.

And harried mothers make bone-headed errors while driving and kids get

killed as a result.

It's sad but it happens everyday. I don't see any reason, based on

the report, that the boy being autistic was a cause.

Just another case of the media trying to make a issue out of un-event,

sad though incident is.
