Guest guest
Hi, I just went in for an upper GI last week & another test today due to weight loss. I did have a chest scan & there was nothing on that but I have been having some stomach problems. Anyway thus far they have found nothing. My RA took me off MTX a couple weeks ago thinking that may be part of the cause of the weight loss. I know some people have had trouble with weight gain which I also did when on the prednisone but I've been off of that for a while now. I've lost like 18 pounds in 3 months & I didn't have any room to lose any. I do have to say that my apetite isn't the greatest but it hasn't changed enough to explain that amount of lossI just wonder if in some cases people lose instead of gain. Guest guest
For some, myself included, massive weight loss is a symtom of Stills. I hope his lung issues turn out not to be cancer. Best of luck,
