Cal/Mag supplement too good to be true--Cristel, anyone????

I found this Cal/Mag supplement that my son loves but could someone look at the ingredients b/c I'm sure it's too good to be true:Rx Vitamins Chewable Cal/Mag:Hypoallergenic Calcium 250mg and Mag 250mg (as amino acid chelates)Also containes: Fructose, silica, natural vanilla and a whole food complex--Broccoli extract, carrot root, spirulina, chlorella, apple, and black currant. No yeast, dairy, eggs, gluten, corn, soy or wheat, salt, art. colors, or presevativesOther than the whole apple feeding yeast or perhaps food intolerance issues, can anyone see anything wrong with this? Are amino acid chelates bad?? We are not SCD right now. Thanks, Beth
