Guest guest
I'm glad you mentioned that. I was wondering about sheep's milk cheese... Guest guest
I also get Pecorino (like parmesean) at Costco that is goat's milk & sheep's milk - my son LOVES it on rice pasta and for snacking. Kristy
Guest guest
The best goat cheese spreads are from Chavrie with the basil, roasted garlic and Italian herbs. It goes great with any cracker and spreads like butter. I get Chavrie's goat cheeses from Whole Foods Market, Inc. Michele Cerruto. Guest guest
Hi Kristy - How is that cheese? Is it real powerful? I've bought a couple of goat's milk cheeses and found them so sharp that I couldn't eat them, much less my boys, but I keep hoping I could find a brand that wouldn't be so... powerful. How does this compare to others you've tried? Thanks- --- Kristy Nardini <krnardini@...> wrote: > I also get Pecorino (like parmesean) at Costco that > is goat's milk & sheep's > milk - my son LOVES it on rice pasta and for > snacking. > > Kristy __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Hi , I just wanted you to know that my son won't eat goat's milk cheese off the block either. When I shred it and put it on a pizza however, he'll gobble it down. Might be worth a try. I think the tomato sauce takes the edge off the taste of the cheese. Guest guest
Mine will eat it off the block with the new brand I found. It is a cheddar cheese goat milk cheese. It is a little sour, tho. They don't like that soft version which is very sour. I don't think it is bad on pizza. --- April Jagnow <april@...> wrote: > Hi , > > I just wanted you to know that my son won't eat > goat's milk cheese off the > block either.
