How do you juice beets? Raw?

option....but do you juice beets raw or after you have cooked them?

Yes we juice them raw. But they are very potent and you should only use a small amount at a time.

We started out with 1 tsp of beet juice, 1 tbsp of lemon and 1 tbsp of honey and about 2 cups of water. My son drank water so it was just flavored water. Since beets are soo good we just keep adding more and more.
