Guest guest
I saw the post with beet juice, lemon juice, honey and water as a drink option....but do you juice beets raw or after you have cooked them? Thanks.
Guest guest
Yes we juice them raw. But they are very potent and you should only use a small amount at a time. How do you juice beets? Raw? I saw the post with beet juice, lemon juice, honey and water as a drink option....but do you juice beets raw or after you have cooked them? Thanks. More new features than ever. Guest guest
We started out with 1 tsp of beet juice, 1 tbsp of lemon and 1 tbsp of honey and about 2 cups of water. My son drank water so it was just flavored water. Since beets are soo good we just keep adding more and more. If you don't want to do them yourself I sometimes use Biotta organic beet juicehttp://www.rapunzel.com/products/biotta/biotta_juice_beet.htmlI find mine at the health food store and if you have an azure standard in your area you can also order it through them.www.azurestandard.com Never miss a thing.
