I think the short-term use of Valtrex, and maybe

dosing, was also even more of a concern. Using it for

a few weeks or months may not be enough in a child,

and I think that was a critism mentioned once...

Right . I have heard of kids being prescribed Valtrex or

Diflucan for 30 days and this is not long enough to be effective.
