Well you did have a bit of a time with it. Your detox symptoms were

actually not all that bad compared to what some folks experience. I do

hope that this hasn't deterred you from doing this again and again and

again until you are totally cleaned out and healed. :-)

Peace be with you .

Breakfast: an apple and apple juice (good :-)) Lunch: kimchi, tomatoes, red pepper, some soaked nuts, bananna, and some kefir Supper: vegetarian chilli and the K9's

>How much water do you drink a day? And remember, after the three day cleanse, you want to start eating slowly, gradually. Let your system get used to food again, rather than "shock it into submission". Oh NOW you tell me {LOL}. I've been back to my old ways of not drinking enough water - to be honest, I got really tired of running to the bathroom umpteen times with a bursting blader...... I made a huge mistake yesterday and drank some prune juice, followed by an apple. I staggered to my comfy chair with violent stomach pains for half an hour, and one of my dogs even helped by groaning along with me - bless her :-) Warning to others - don't do this! I'm definitely shocking it into submission. Better go and grab a glass of water..... and the K9's

PH, On fasting days sometimes I did coffee enemas and sometimes I did not. I guess it all depended on how I felt. I think it is okay to use a coffee enema while fasting, but I kept in mind that it was going to deplete my reserves of certain nutrients and antioxidants faster...so on a one day fast, I would consider doing a coffee enema. On a 5 day fast or longer, I did not think it a good idea, though I did colonics and water enemas to help move things out faster. There is something to be said for the hope that anecdotal testimonies of healing imparts amongst the suffering, and I am glad that you agree! I think science is necessary in medicine, of course, but I think it is faulty to put ALL of our trust in it. Scientific analysis is complicated and if not done correctly, will yield false results and incorrect conclusions. In modern times, it is highly

tainted with corporate money! Now I don't know who or what to believe when it comes to a study because so many of them have been bought. And truthfully, for me and I think for many people, the heart factor-- the spiritual side, the flesh and blood feelings, the motivation of compassion and tenderness towards others, the desire to help relieve suffering and contribute to a person's happiness and wellbeing, and to be victorious through adversity, the hope that belief inspires---these are all things that reach to a deeper level of a person's soul to heal, and I think science just can't adequately measure that, or contribute toward that. Healing is as much of a physical thing as it is a spiritual thing. Sometimes you don't need to know how or why....you just need to know that you can. And hearing how others overcome gives hope. Sometimes hope is all that is needed to inspire the right mental

attitude, the victorious frame of mind that brings physical health. It's pretty amazing what the right attitude can do. We become what we think....ah, what lessons I've learned in this journey! God bless you PH!!! Patty --- In , "perfecthealth68"wrote:Hi Patty,Good to hear from you as well! It has been a while, given your newhome business and that I haven't been posting as frequently latelyeither. Thanks for the fasting info. I fasted for two partial days and thenhad soup for both dinners. I try to do more but I get too darndizzy. So I'm going to take a break and try it again later. I knowI asked this before but I don't recall your answer...on the days youfasted did you do the coffee enemas as well? I know you're supposedto follow them with 3 glasses of juice throughout the day, but

doyou make it an exception when you water fast or just omit the enemas? As far as Rubin, I have to believe his story. It's what gave mehope in the first place. Honestly, I often think to myslef, "IfRubin can do it, so can I." I was always an "evidence-basedmainstream medicine" gal but I am finding that there seems to bemore stories of recovery based on detoxification and the belief thatGod will heal...far more stories of complete recovery that way thanpublished scientifically. The fact that Rogene detected a whiff of "professional jealousy" asshe said, goes to show that there are people who are intimidated bythe success of others. She is extremely intuitive and if she gotthat feeling, it's likely that may have been the motivation forthose people to discredit his story. To be honest, I think people are somewhat scared to think that Rubinwas healed by God as well...it makes people think that if they

don'theal then God must not love them...totally inaccurate as God lovesall and heals all, but developing that trust is a journey initself. I think those that are leary of God's healing feelintimidated and want to disgrace stories such as Rubin's...JMO.Love, PH
