Her teeth are getting bad but not bad enough to be like this. One of the reasons I wanted to get her back on the raw diet (or whatever version) was to get her teeth cleaned up again. I thought she had a bad tooth about a month or so ago, she was drooling, but then it cleared up and she quit drooling so I chalked it up to the heat. This just came on suddenly. I check out my dogs a lot, so it wasn't there until yesterday. She just got over a false pregnancy with lots of milk produced. I called the gal who took care of them while I was out of town recently. She said she ate fine and acted fine when she was here with them. She would have known if my dog was acting wierd as she has known them for over 2 years. That confirmed to me this was a very recent addition to my dogs life! I still wonder if it is allergies. Hope it clears up soon.!. Thanks for the help. Guest guest
ok back off the cayenne... and slowly add some... start with a pinch and up it if she seems okay... but lay off for a few days.. She has never had a problem with the baby cereal (I used to give long ago) and was just going to use it up so I give it to all three girls. I will try the baking soda trick, she will let me do anything I need to with her. She's playing with the others and seems to feel fine. She ate her yogurt/hamburger just fine tonight. Guest guest
hot and pink... sounds more like an infection... I still think it's either a sting (maybe stinger still lodged) or a tooth going bad... The only thing I have of those choices is the Baking soda. Possibly the Ech, what would I do with that if I find I have it? Guest guest
that could be infectedKLSIRDDOGS@... wrote: In a message dated 9/30/2004 8:45:11 PM Mountain Daylight Time, suziesgoats@... writes: you may or may not be able to see it.. but should be more raised or maybe a puncture site. ok, on the side of the lip towards the back there is a little raised spot that looks like a really bad zit. I tried to get a stinger out but nothing but a little blood. Don't know if it is a stinger site or a raised wart, but here's hoping! Guest guest
Super tonic, garlic.... you really need to get the ingredients for super tonic to keep on hand... otherwise if really bad you may want to call the vet.. I know sometimes nautural can take longer to work, but in this case I think I need faster. Her gums look terrible.
