Guest guest
Hi everyone, I have had a chronic case of h. pylori for 3 years. After trying many many things including the double antibiotic protocol that doctor's prescribe, a very challenging grape fast, and many different kinds of natural remedies---I found the following to be actually working! I am so thrilled... Johanna Budwig's protocol for cancer: low fat cottage cheese or yogurt mixed with flax oil. I have been also adding manuka honey (UMF 16+). I do the yogurt + flax oil morning and night. By mixing the two together, the flax becomes water soluable and something very special happens in the body as it reaches the cells. I eat a zero sugar diet (which is very important). I eat vegetarian food. I eat manuka honey several times a day. I put it on or in anything whenever I have a sweet craving, because it's a very powerful antibiotic that isn't going to feed any bug. In just 2 weeks I felt normal. No sign of the dreaded bug. I'll keep going for a month onger just to make sure but yesterday I tried a sticky roll (with sugar) and nothing happened! Usually the pylori goes crazy and gives me tons of gas--so that's a great sign--i'm going off sugar again and keep going just to make sure i never see this bug again... the best part is--it's so easy! it's not hard to do integrate these 3 elements into my diet. h. pylori can cause ulcers and even stomach cancer, and maybe that's why the cancer protocol works when nothing else has. for full blown cancer, budwig has a comprehensive protocol (look up on internet) and says it might take more like 5 months. i plan to rife this weekend a few times just to make sure the thing is good and gone (but my rifing alone did not work on it, sadly). for all of you who know someone who is suffering from a chronic h. pylori infection...this might be just the thing for them... sue.
