In Paraguay they believe that the death of bees is caused by Monsanto's Roundup

which is sprayed on GM soy (soja) which covers 65% of the land in the east.

Organic farming is no longer possible anywhere near those mono-cultures. If GM

corn produces a pesticide then GM soy may do the same?

If a parasite should affect the bees it must be Roundup resistent.

Cell towers are limited in those farming areas.

I would like to present here a slightly different take on the collapse of

bee hives.

I hope a lot of this list members have heard of Rudolf Steiner, the founder

of Antroposophy. Apparently he predicted as early as the 1920¹s that due to

faulty practices (of breeding of the queen bee) there is a danger of beehive

collapse.

Transcriptions from a series of Steiner¹s lectures from 1923 predict the

dire state of the honeybee today. From physical depictions of the daily

activities of bees to the loftiest esoteric insights, the lectures describe

the unconscious wisdom contained in the beehive and its connection to our

experience of health, culture, and the cosmos. Essential reading for anyone

interested in bees or the magic of nature as well as those who wish to heal

the contemporary crisis of the beehive.

Here is the teaser:

Gene Pellicano, of Whiting, New Jersey writes in a letter to the

editor of Acres USA (June 2008):

" In 1923 Rudolph Steiner predicted what could happen to bees due to

the practice of artificial breeding of the queen bee...Steiner

believed that the practice of using the larvae of worker bees has a

detrimental effect . Writing in the 1920's, he predicted it would

take from 60-80 years to happen. Well, time is up, and his prediction

has come true.....I recommend that everyone who is concerned about

colony collapse disorder (CCD) read the book, Bees by Rudolph

Steiner. "

I believe you have the correct information, it's the GMO product which expresses

the pesticide during pollination killing the bee.  It was actually designed

specifically for that purpose.  If it was cell phone towers then it would kill

other insects and would not explain death of bees in non-cell phone agrarian

area.  the whole cell phone thing is just misinformation in fact to confuse the

issue

Cheers.
