Stop drinking diet coke. Aspartame is a killer... Inflammation may be

involved. I'd begin to use Tumeric, Curcumin, EFA's, and cod liver oil to

reduce inflammation. Vitamin C should strengthen the tissues of the

sphincter - as it will tighten all tissues and make them stronger. Do not

drink anything carbonated. It eats the phosphorous in your bones...
