No, the cell-o-matt is a copper woven blanket. Sort of resembles

chainmail with cloth woven all around it and at one corner is a wire

that you can attach to a grounding device. You're supposed to put a

sheet over it and lay on it on the bed. If you get constantly

" shocked " by touching metal objects (like in the grocery store), then

this type of object would probably benefit you.
