Everything happens for a reason. Best way to prepare for a juice cleanse or fast is to eat nothing but fresh vegetables and fruits for two days prior to the cleanse or fast. This prepares your body for an easier transtion to only liquids. I do believe that Suzi gave you some good advice there. There is no reason to feel guilty ever. Course, this is just my opinion. Peace be with you and you will be better prepared next time.
