Now I am just going to have to try this. My wife has been pestering me to try it and I have, so far, managed to not do it. Glad it is working for you Anne. Go for it and may you benefit greatly from your endeavors. Peace be with you Anne and thank you very much for posting your findings. Very much appreciated. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. I too think that 15 minutes might be a bit much. However, considering how cold it gets in Russia it may take that long to get the oil thawed out enough to swish. Actually it is not that bad to do. I have tried it several times and it is not bad at all. Very easy to do and does not taste bad, at least in my opinion. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
No, it said Sunflower Oil or Peanut Oil. (Dr. Karach) Other instructions that I have recommend Sunflower or Sesame Oil (Dr. Moritz) Anne MorningGlory113@... wrote: What kind of oils can one use? Any cold pressed vegetable oil should work though including olive oil. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
I was wondering if you can only use the oil once upon opening because of the oil becoming saturated or if you can use it for a few times before having to worry about the effectiveness of the oil. Also, do you think that this all applies to VCO? --- In , " haecklers " <haecklers@...> wrote: > > Here's an INTERESTING one! > http://cnri.edu/DRwilson/self-care-with-oil.htm > > Wonder if it works with coconut oil? >
