Okay that does it. Now I am just going to have to try this. My wife has

been pestering me to try it and I have, so far, managed to not do it.

Glad it is working for you Anne. Go for it and may you benefit greatly

from your endeavors.

Peace be with you Anne and thank you very much for posting your

findings. Very much appreciated.

Hi Anne,

Good advice. I too think that 15 minutes might be a bit much. However,

considering how cold it gets in Russia it may take that long to get the

oil thawed out enough to swish. LOL

Healing Crisis or Herx. Actually it is not that bad to do. I have tried

it several times and it is not bad at all. Very easy to do and does not

taste bad, at least in my opinion.

No, it said Sunflower Oil or Peanut Oil. (Dr. Karach) Other instructions

that I have recommend Sunflower or Sesame Oil (Dr. Moritz)

What kind of oils can one use? Can

it be olive or coconut or does it have to be peanut or sesame?

Didn't the original instructions

say safflower oil?

He just mentions these as the best. Any cold pressed vegetable oil

should work though including olive oil.

I think the important point is not to be rigid about our approach to Prevention or Healing. I'm taking the approach of using different oils to see if one maybe works out better for me than another.Today is my 5th day, I think and I have decided to keep a little log of what has been going on. For instances, today I am hacking up a lot of phelm from my lungs and I see this as a positive sign. Now, I am getting excited as to what will show up next.AnneVA USA

  • 1 year later...

I was wondering if you can only use the oil once upon opening because of

the oil becoming saturated or if you can use it for a few times before

having to worry about the effectiveness of the oil. Also, do you think

that this all applies to VCO?
