Guest guest
, If you go to the following site, there are full illustrated pictures of the techniques and where the pressure points are. I have copied this for many people and they have been successful with tapping. Once you know exactly where to tap, you will feel more confident. Give it a try. It tells, how to use it, finding the right tapping points, and EFT Affirmation statements...you will use your own but a general idea. I was having anxiety attacks when I had to drive up the Washington Beltway, which I had to do several times a year. I was also having problems driving down the RT 29 Corrider but had to to get to the Whole Foods Store and the HFS. I still don't like these drives but can do them without making myself sick. It is a wonderful technique and easy once you learn tapping. Anne VA USA
Guest guest
An easy affirmation for anger might be - Although I am angry, I deeply Love and Respect myself. If you think you might forget or get confused, it is alright to write it down first. If you are angry at a person, you could say, although I am angry at _____, I deeply Love and Respect myself. Say your affirmation as you tap, and tap about 5x on each point...somepeople do more some less. You can't fail, just keep trying it really does help so much. If I want to work on anger and letting it go, what would be an easy affirmation without losing track of what you are doing to say? I always felt like I was getting to carried away with things and tapping too many times on the different points.
