Guest guest
Hi Bob, Sounds like the Fscan software is a win32 application. Same as my FreX software. I don't have Vista here on my new PC, I opted for XP (nice and compatible with win32 applications) People tell me FreX works on Vista, but you have to be logged on in Admin Mode, otherwise Vista security stops it writing files to the Program Files section. I.E. the software is blocked from writing configuration files to its own folder if it lives in the Program Files folder. May be if people log-on to Vista in Admin Mode then the Fscan software will work? It probably needs to be installed from Admin Mode too.
