Guest guest
Hi everyone, Can anyone tell me what happens when maganese levels are too high, (I read you get the sillies) and how do you fix that??? Also, I see everyone talking about Glutathione and I just don't know do all the different companies that make it have a product that does " everything " that it is touted to do. For example, I went to a website called GetHealthyAgain.com and they have one called Glutatione Pleolyposome and they say it can cross the blood brain barrier because of the way they made it (it is encapsulated in Omega'a if I remember correctly). Then does that mean the other kinds aren't as good...do they all really chelate, detox, level out testosterone and all that??? Or, does each brand do one or two things? What is the main thing it is supposed to do for our children? Hoping a few will chime in on this, I'd love to hear more about this? Thanks... Guest guest
My son fights high manganese too. I have never read that about the sillies (which is him, silly as can be). Can I ask where you saw that so I can read up on it? Zinc pulls manganese down as well as copper. I recall a DAN saying that EDTA chelation also pulls manganese. From what I understand, manganese can come from the water, so a water filter may help as well. The big problem I find with multi minerals is that they tend to contain manganese. I hate giving something that I am trying to lower. That is what happened to us recently. I finally got zinc up, manganese down, and then a DAN told me to give a multi with manganese in it. Last time I checked his zinc had gone back down and his manganese up. So you may also want to check your multi for manganese content and cut that out.
