Rik,

Do you do alot on your computer??? I just had the muscles tighten up bad and the chiro figured it out... too much computer work... it was mostly the right side though... Do you tend (unknowingly) to tense up.... Try taking tumeric - a couple capsules twice a day...

hello all, well, my pain in the hip is all over. it appeared and it went away without me knowing why this was happening.......... lately i got pain in the neck (no laughter) and shoulders and 1.1/2 weeks ago i got a strange pain in my back. this is not a new thing to have back pain, but this just appeared out of no where. i didn't pull anything i believe. the bed i slept in that weekend was a vacation home. i have had a sore back from beds before. i do hot and cold showers (fantastic stuff) and i ordered some deep tissue repair oil. i am waiting for that to come to my house. in the mean time, i thought i would mention this to the group, because i find all this back and neck pain weird. some folks mentioned detoxing some time ago. not sure if this is also a detox thing. my wife massaged my

back and it totally back fired on my. it was in so much pain and couldn't stand, sit or lie down. today i'm so so. if this is not over by monday or atleast much better, i will have to have my doctor check it out. my diet is good and stay as healthy as i can. any suggestions maybe? thanks, rik

Hey Rik,

Where in your back is this pain located? Do you do any stretches for you

back or other back exercieses? It is possible that this could be a detox

going on. It is also possible that you may have pulled something or a

vertebrae has slipped out of alignment.

Awaiting your answer.

I have gotten over an herniated 4th/5th lombar by making myself

decist from lifting or twisting in a strainful manner, and by doing

stretch exercises. one being to ly flat of my back near the foot of

the bed and reaching back to the head of bed and pulling on it thus

sort of puting the back in traction. Also on floor and making my back

into a rocker by briging my knees to my chest and hugging them thus

stretching the back and rocking on it.

Dr suggested surgery but I opted for a more natural method. I can do

most anything any old lady can do now if I behave sensibly<G>

gravety boots ( hanging upside down) for some years. that feels

good (O: i think i might call my doctor today.............. not sure
