Guest guest
Thanks Suzi, I will pass this on to Chris. I am encouraging him to join himself. I am sending this on to him to so you can glean his email for an invite. Peace and Love --------------------------- , what kind of niacin?? not niacinamide, it's junk... what is his diet like??? Probably need to clean it up Here are some other suggestions: vitamin c 1-2 gram a day, vitamin B-complex 25 milligrams a day, magnesium 500 milligrams a day St. s wort has been shown to relieve symptoms of anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. It also helps improve quality of sleep: Take 1/4 to 3/4 teaspoon of the tincture in water, 3 times a day. Note that St. s wort does not always work. What else you can do Talking therapies, such as counseling, psychotherapy, or psychoanalysis, are extremely helpful in dealing with the symptoms and implications of this illness. Support and help from others in a similar situation can also help. Studies have shown that exercise can have a tremendously beneficial effect on mood disorders, particularly in alleviating depression. A regular exercise program of at least 30 minutes of aerobic activity, 3 times a week, is recommended. Techniques to reduce stress, such as massage, yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, and acupressure, are helpful in alleviating the anxiety common to this illness. Avoid caffeine (tea, coffee, chocolate, cola) and alcohol. Haddaway <iamdunroamin@...> wrote: This is from a friend who has trouble with being a Manic Depressive.
