Valtrex dosage & is Difucan suggested with it?

Hi all!

We have been doing biomed for close to a year with our twins with ASD

now 5yrs old. They have made some huge progress, h/e have huge yeast

issues! We have just finished our first course of Diflucan, now onto

Nystatin...and based on what I have learned mostly from you I have

asked our DAN to prescribe Valtrex, as we are sure they also have

Viral issues.

He seems to be wanting to start conservative at 500 per day 250mg x

2...Both my boys are 45lbs ish...does anyone have any thoughts on

suggested dosage?

My DAN is generally up on the research h/e...is very open to what I

share as he modified the Diflucan & Nystatin when I faxed him copies

of antifungal parade info from Fall DAN. He always seems to want to

start conservatively....I have also been reading that Valtrex can

flare up yeast? He wanted me to stop Nystatin then start Valtrex

while I give " their guts a rest, & high dose probiotics " ...should I

ask to stay on nystatin? We have seen much more die off with diflucan....
