arthritis

Hello

Carol and Suzi

How

did you cure arthritis. How long did it take? I am told I have

some

starting in my knees. I don't eat a

lot of meat and need to

increase

dark green veggies. And is there

anything else beside

ibuprofen I

can take for my chronic shin splint.

Thanks Cath

Hi Cath,

What I posted in my last message (message 6300) was what I

did – these are the foods I eat a lot of:

The veggies I include are kale, bok choy,

broccoli, parsley – most any veggie that is dark green will have calcium.

Also figs, almonds and soy.

I know there is a lot of pros and

cons about soy, but it is good for calcium (and protein if you are a

vegetarian),

It took a few years to eliminate my arthritis. Your trillions of cells are constantly

being replaced with new cells. Some

cell replacement take longer than others. For instance the cells in your mouth get

replaced about every day. But the

cells in your bones get replaced every few years. So feed your cells with the building

blocks that you want your bones to be made from. Eventually you can turn it around.

I have an article about pain management – I’ll

send it separately.

Carol
