Hehehe I don't know how old you are but suspect you are probably around the same age grouping as the rest of us. So it took you till now to get your body into the condition it is currently in it is going to take quite a few juice cleanses or even Total Body cleanses to get your body into a pristine state of perfection and cleanliness. The more you cleanse the better you are going to feel. Personally, I believe it would be best to cleanse at least once a month. Just a simple 3-day juice cleanse every month would do wonders for anyone no matter how ill they are. Of course one also needs to consider ones lifestyle and dietary habits and make the necessary adjustments to maintain the beneficial effects of cleansing. Congratulations on doing your first one. Yes, the first one is usually the hardest to do. Now you know more or less what to expect. The next time it should be a little easier and will continue to get easier as you go along. Then when you graduate to doing a 6 day juice cleanse you will really feel great. Peace be with you . -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Procrastination has much to do about that. I don't miss the coffee. I quit coffee once before and replaced it with juice and herbal tea. . I had quit coffee, began long bike rides and walks. That was before my car accident. Listening to a quack chiropractor may have nearly killed me. After he milked my insurance company for all it was worth he sent me on my way. Two years ago I couldn't walk across the street without being in severe pain, shortness of breath, and heart pounding. Today I enjoy walking much more, have a long way to go though. One step at a time? Quit smoking about 12years ago, quit substance abuse about 15years ago. See my choices are getting better. (grin) Now if I can drop about 22inches I'll be like a teenager again.
