Thanks everyone for sharing all your valuable experiences. This site has now

become one of my most valuable resources. Each day I feel inspired to improve my

habits and find suggestions that may help me with my RA (rheumatoid arthritis).

Suzanne and Gloria, thanks for the offer of trying to locate horseradish root.

The site you sent is a great resource. Their horseradish is $11.19 a lb. not

including shipping. I live in NM. I just a asked a friend in Utah to see if she

can find any there. I THINK it is seasonal. Don, I will check the Co-op and see

if they have any ready made with just acv as an additive. I'm eager to try oil

therapy now and maybe the dmso capsules since the tendons in my feet have really

been sore lately. I am also glad I waited on deciding whether to make or order

Complete Nutrition. Now that I know about nutritional yeast, I will do things

differently. Time is a factor for me, but all of these things are do-able and

affordable - now I need to be accountable for what has been shared. I feel so

blessed to have access to so many people who's intentions to help are pure. The

world has just gotten bigger and better.

Health and blessings to you all,

Hi ,

What is wrong with your feet that the tendons are so sore? Too much time

on your feet right? And on concrete too right? I believe that is what I

recall. If that is the case then fill your tub about 1/4 full of the

coldest water you can possibly get. Dump several bags of ice into it if

you have to. Then stick your feet into that cold water and keep them

there until they feel numb. It will hurt like holy bejeezus. Crying hurt

even. After they go numb, gingerly remove from the ice bath, dry and let

them warm up all on their lonesome without any heating pads, flame

throwers etc. When you get feeling back into your feet you will

seriously think that you have clouds stuck onto the ends of your legs.

I have been doing this for over 20 years now and it has continually

amazed me every time. It works and it works very well. Getting through

it can be tough at times but it is well worth it from my perspective.

Just a thought. If this doesn't apply to your situation then just

dismiss it. Peace be with you .

Sharyn,

I have froze ginger root and peppers for this purpose... I don't see why not... just cut it up before freezing.... I tried wrapping in paper and putting in the cabinet.. it kept for awhile but did sort of like potatoes do.. started shriveling up...

I may need some, Suzi, if you have enough. I'm heading to our local Whole Foods Market today to get the ingredients. They *should* have it, but I'm not sure. If they do have it, should I buy a bunch? Does it keep?

What about the already ground stuff in the jar? Assuming it doesn't have any additives in it?

=================================

Hi Sharyn,

Black Walnut hulls are not necessary for this tonic. Raw pumpkin seeds

will not replace the Black Walnut hulls but should make for an

interesting tonic. Help with worms anyway. LOL
