We have recently added a LIVE SUPPORT link to our site.  Although we are

available 9-5 M-F Eastern Standard Time to support our clients and answer

questions by phone, Live support will offer a forum for discussions with all of

our technicians and engineers.

 

By accessing our sites main page and clicking on the Live Support link, we can

instantly respond to our clients, researchers and visitors.

 

Along with the AutoUpdate software for frequency update downloads this should

further speed up communications for frequency research as our other technicians

and engineers will be able to respond to questions or problems that may need

addressed.
