Guest guest
At the moment I get them locally in London at a place called Nutricentre, you can buy apricots and eat them and smash the seed and get to the kernel that way or you can buy online, just have to try and se the quality, they must be bitter though. The only worry I have is that people say that seeds and nuts interfere with enzyme or mineral absorption and so wonder whether soaking the kernels overnight would de- activate the enzyme in the nuts that inhibits absorbtion of nutrients in the body, I have tried this and the nuts don't taste bitter any longer so wonder if it nullifies the laetrile/amagdylin potency of the kernels? A kind of damned if you do and damned if you don't scenario! G
Guest guest
As far as I know, the bitter taste in peach, nectarine, and apricot kernels (and apple seeds too) is a sign that there are compounds present that are poisonous to the cancer cells. I would not be concerned about other effects. You can always increase your intake of minerals and enzymes. Nenah ?Re: Hello Group - Advice on Cancer please!
