This formula is Dr. 's very own and yes it is very effective.

If you wish to go that route than by all means you go for it girl. We

encourage everyone to make their own as they learn this way but if you

can't afford to buy all the herbs then do what you have to do now. There

will always be plenty of time for learning how to make your own remedies.

Yes, there is no problem with taking both of these together. You spend

as much time as needed on the bowel formula to get your bowels regulated

and functioning properly, along with the pancreas formula and continuing

with the dietary changes you have made and you will see a whole new you,
