Can diflucan cause diarrhea or is it yeast die off?

How long until we see signs of die off begin? We started diflucan 4 days ago. Mostly we have seen some diarrhea. When will the die off begin and how long does it typically last?Dana and Garrett, 3 years old SCD 1 1/2 years!!!!!Celiac, ASD, Speech and Motor Apraxia, sensory processing disorder
