My son is in day 2 of the rash. It looks horrible. I can see what

looks like rubella in some places and some other spots are raised. Do

I need to worry about him infecting other people?

Thanks Kes. Wow, that sounds serious! Did you give him anything to

soothe the itchy rash? The poor kid must have been miserable....

He is so much better now! I cut his dose back drastically. I gave him

an oatmeal bath last night, not really GF but what can you do? It

helped a bit but he didn't stay in there for long. Mostly we just

cuddled in my bed and watched HOURS of dora while he scratched and

squirmed. If this rash was all viruses and metals coming out then he

had more than his fair share to detox. His cheeks were both a solid

patch of red, his whole body was covered. Epsom salts baths have

really helped today. He's had two baths already and the rash is paler

every time he gets out of the tub.
