How many were you taking at a time and per day?.... when were you taking it.. were you doing a colon cleanse?

This in no way means it isn't working. It just means that you haven't

reached the level that is going to work for you yet. Some people get up

to 30 or 40 before it begins to work. Don't get discouraged.

Yes prune juice works wonders. Prune juice does not feed and tone your

digestive tract. These herbs do. They will take time to work. The more

congested, bound up and fatigued your digestive tract is the longer it

is going to take for these herbs to work. They will work. Believe. It

may just take awhile. Prune juice, on the other hand, just initiates the

peristalic action right now, more or less. Nothing is wrong Terri Lynne.

It is just going to take a little longer for your bowels to react to the

herbs. You just haven't reached your level yet. Keep on with it and keep

increasing till it does work. That is what you need to do.

If the formula is correct then I can guarantee that it will work

eventually. Be patient, good health takes time and lots of patience.

Yes, I am trying to do a colon cleanse. And I followed the directions in the files to begin with one and increase by one capsule each day. I am up to 16.
