Other people used Rife's machines with equal success. If the so-called " Rife effect " was dependent on Rife himself, it would be totally worthless; it would have died with him. From another perspective, though, you are correct in saying that his results were due to the way he used his devices. The way he used them was with frequencies that were derived through rigorous laboratory research. In that sense, yes, the " Rife effect " was due to Rife himself, but it is not elusive.
