Guest guest
Well, you were right it was not as bad as I thought it would be and my little Santa belly boy eliminated FAR more and right away than we thought he would....unidgested food from yesterday morning - poor baby. The friend, a colon cancer survivor, who showed us how to do it said, " wow...that is great. THAT is success. He is going to feel so much better tomorrow. " He went to sleep smiling, I kid you not, minutes after the whole ordeal and its clean up was finished. He cuddled, Daddy and then was out...and slept through the night. We suspect based on the contents of what he passed that his small intestine just isn't working at all...I do not know what the BED folks say about this...aside from the fermented foods, what do they rec feeding for healing? Did you do the SCD type foods...very cooked etc....Matt cannot eat eggs and so far will not eat any of the intro items on that diet, so the food part of getting him well is still our biggest challenge. Our friend told us to remove the skins from Matt's chicken for now as they are constipating/difficult to digest. We already remove peels from his apples - which she says are okay. We need to get healing foods on board soon...what did you try and in what order? Was the YCK or the saurkraut harder to get into your son. He eats a more varied diet than Matt though, right? Thanks....Di
