In Illinois, as in all of the states, the

Beckett law is in effect. However, it is left up to

each state how they interpret it. In Illinois, it is

applied in such a way where one is basically,

destitute. So we don't qualify. In Cal. it is

applied differently. Might be worth it to move! barb
