Guest guest
Tings and pretzels are the biggest hits in our family. Tings are made by the same company that makes Pirate's Booty and the ingredients are corn meal, rice and/or sunflower oil, nutritional yeast and salt. It is amazing how so few ingredients can taste so good, they are like cheetos. I get it from Whole Foods and Giant and Safeway and the website is Robscape.com (800-626-7557). The pretzels, Wylde Pretzels by ENER-G, are gluten, egg, soy, wheat, milk and lactose free and the ingredients are potato flour, corn starch, rice flour, palm oil, corn glucose, modified corn starch, Ener-G baking Powder (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, potato starch, monocalcium phosphate), cellulose gum, bamboo fiber, salt and yeast. I like them, they taste like sour dough pretzels and they are very crunchy. Their website is ener-g.com and phone number is 800-331-5222. The ranch dressing was a lifesaver since it's the only way my girl will eat veggies. Take a cup of coconut milk and mix a tsp of lemon juice into it. Add 1 cup of mayo (I get soy free from Whole Foods) and add whatever spices you like. We add about 1 TBSP parsley, 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. of onion powder, a dash of garlic powder (about 1/8 tsp if I had to guess) and 1/2 tsp salt.
