Guest guest
Donna, What flours do you use for bread? I make Tom's celiac light bread and it uses eggs and bean flour. For the flour alone, it comes to about 1.3 grams of protein per slice of bread and that doesn't include the eggs and other ingredients. Each loaf has 2 eggs and 16 grams of protein from the bean flour.
