GB4000 vs Beam Ray and plasma machines

For the frequency generators such as the GB 4000 of F165 that require holding

the hand bars and foot pads, are they superior to the Beam Ray and other plasma

devices?

 

Is it best to wet them when using the cloth pads? Are the frequencies dangerous

when you put the metal pads up against the area to be treated, or does it not

matter? That is, is it OK just to old the handle and put feet on the pads?
