Guest guest
Hi , From personal experience, I would say that if you are just starting out with cayenne, make sure that you have some food in your stomach, then take it with a little more food. I'm not keen on the burning sensation I get when I take my cayenne capsule with just a little water! Cheers, and the K9's ----- >What about the cayenne? Where should I start with that? i.e. morning drink?

Not the best way to take it though as it takes a while for the capsule to disintegrate. However, a lot of people find it much easier to take their cayenne that way. Now if someone is having a heart attack in front of you, you definitely do not want to give them cayenne in a capsule. Straight up so they get the immediate effects right now. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
