Depends on how much acv you have in it... I 've had it do both.

Yep... that's it... I take several dropperfuls almost every day... some days I get hurried and forget...lol

As for the TT, should I be taking a TB a day, just as a matter of course, then upping it to 3-4 TB/day if I start to feel like I'm coming down with something? (That's so rare I'd never get to the 3-4x/day!<G>) As it is, it's just sitting on the shelf on the stairs to the basement, where I can shake it once in a while as I walk down.
