Hi from Sue...

I use the same Liquid Zinc that I take orally

and spray it on my 27 year old's son's hair and back

while I give him therapeutic brushings 3 x per week.

So it IS possible to get Zinc absorption topically.

He's been living in his section 8 housing apt. with

supported living staff... and I am employed by the county

to help him 3 afternoons per week as his IHSS worker.

Being more independent now...and having a wonderful part time job....

he refuses to take supplements but loves the ZINC with

his brushings...

For myself... even though I 've been cleared

of my intolerance to fats... with NAET &

the Dawson Program .. I still am in the "sensitive" category

to fats so ----while I do ingest them best

by drinking the MonaVie juice which has ----

the more absorbable = ESTERIFIED essential fatty acids

3,6 & 9...

---I also use Borage oil or Primrose oil

TOPICALLY on my legs... where I am more prone

to have eczema.... which is now under control.

I pill cut and squeeze the oil on each of the 4 sections of my legs

and then apply my Avalon organics Peppermint lotion on top..

I muscle test best for borage oil..over primrose oil..

since it has more omega 9 's....GLA's...=. good for eczema.

Hope that helps,

Sue
