Guest guest
Hey Susie and Don, Thanks for the thought about wter, Susie. I wasn't keeping track, but I have started doing so now. Don, I used 1/2 part senna leaf and 1/2 part senna pods, ad directed in the formula from the files. I appreciate the info. Thanks much. Well, my body naturally has a bowel movement once or twice a week, so I'm thinking that first pretty good experience was just because my bowels were about ready to do their thing. So last night I took one capsule. It didn't do a thing for me. So I took a second. Still nothing. Finally, this morning, I took four more. Hmm. A little activity, with the emphasis on little. I am really surprised by this because a glassful of prune juice in the morning has more effect than 4 or 5 of these capsules. However, I will persist. I am determined to get my bowels back into good working order!
