with or without folinic acid?

If I get the spray without the folinic acid can I supplement with the

capsule version from Kirkman labs? Is it going to be effective or do I

need to add it to the spray later on? I don't know how difficult it

will be to get it wit the acid later since my doctor is a little

reluctant.
