Guest guest
You don't need a Naessens condenser; just get a good quality oil immersion dark field condenser with a N.A. of 1.4. That's all that the Naessens condenser is. If you want better resolution, use a light source with a shorter wavelength, such as a mercury vapor, or even an array of blue LEDs. Naturally, you would have to take measures to protect your eyes if you used a mercury vapor lamp. Guest guest
My knowledge of microscopes is limited, I am new to this field, can you tell me where to buy this oil immersion condenser?, and what microscope specifications do you reccommend?
