Guest guest
The main difference may be that SOAPware can generate electronic Medicare reports for the bonus payment programs (pay-for-reporting, pay-for-performance, whenever they are implemented!) Call the sales department of both to get straight from the horse's mouth! -- Pedro Ballester, M.D.Warren, OH
Guest guest
Jill,I've been using SOAPware since I started four years ago and I am very happy with it. I have not yet run out of ways I can learn about it, and it was usable right out of the box. It grew with me, so to speak. Joanne Holland DVM/MD, Drain, OregonSubject: Re:EMRTo: Date: Tuesday, July 8, 2008, 6:57 AM Hi all--I have been demoing Amazing Charts for a few months--and see it's pluses and minuses. There are a few features where the bugs are not worked out yet--like the medication list. I just started looking at the Soapware site. It seems that the beginner price of $2000 is comparable to AC if one purchases the AC package of the software, the online support, and the backup ($1750). Would anyone have any comments about Soapware vs. AC. I am currently not using the billing portion of AC. Many thanks for your help. Jill Jill R. Guest guest
Dr. Jill, If my memory serves me well, Mayor Bloomberg has been pushing to integrate eClinicalWorks into the city hospitals... It was one of the reasons I chose to go with eCW as well. Of course, it is a much larger investment than AC or Soapware. Let me know if you'd like to chat. Sincerely, Dr. Marc Subject: Re:EMRTo: Date: Tuesday, July 8, 2008, 9:57 AM Hi all--I have been demoing Amazing Charts for a few months--and see it's pluses and minuses.
