infection or reaction to meds?

BlankHi, can anyone help?

My son (now 18, we didn't manage to get to Dr G any earlier, sigh) has been

taking antivirals (Acyclovir), antifungals and an SSRI, and things were going

reasonably well - nothing spectacular, but we could see gradual and subtle

improvements.

This past week he has been dreadfully weary, lethargic, wanting to lie down and

rest, definitely not his usual cheerful self, and ... he has started to wet the

bed (at 18!). It's obviously upsetting for him as well.

Any ideas? I'd really appreciate any input.
