I've been using wet papertowels - sometimes wet with saltwater,

sometimes wet with tap water.

The cloth covers are too thick for me. Plus, they get lost in the

laundry pile.

With different people using my GB4000, I like to get fresh papertowels

for each use. The thick blue papertowels are something I want to try

too.

If there's any reason not to use papertowels, I'd appreciate someone

telling me - I've often wondered if it's okay or not as far as helping

or hindering the conductivity.

But, it's definitely convenient.

using.

I was wondering about this too. What are the risks of using the foot plates

without the cotton covers. Irritation?

Is it okay to use the dry metal pads without covers?

Does anyone know if the cotton covers on the foot pads (connected to the

Negative outputs) of the Ultimate GB - 4000 frequency generator are supposed to

be used wet first or used dry? The instructional video shows only the cotton
