Guest guest
cindee- im so sorry for your loss. the pain will never go away so dont wait for it to. just know that it will be easier to deal with at times- especially when you know she is at peace and happy. Im so sorry. Now how did you get emphysema?? OMG girl?? And 14 pounds? Do I need to come over and force feed you? Are you under weight or are you still ok? Im worried about you. My dad has barretts and he treats it. It doesnt go away but it is treatable and he lives a normal life with it. He gets an endo done every year to make sure all is ok. Please take care of yourself and update us on your family. God Bless Vicki CaudilloFire@... wrote: Just so ya know I am alive and well, sort of! September 1st you all know I spent a week in the hospital getting topped off with everything they could shove in, including a barium enema, real thrill there!! After I got out, I went to my primary doc for a follow up,. got a diagnosis of COPD and Emphysema. then the shit hit the fan. My mom went in for an overnight procedure on Sept 15th, ended up on life support for 2 months and we pulled the plug and let her go Saturday. That was the hardest thing to ever had to do.....knowing that at 12:30 the machines go off and we are on a death watch....it sucked and it still sucks, it has been only 3 days and I wonder if the pain will ever go away..................... My youngest,. ,, is having migraines that cause his face and arms to go numb and Saturday night he passed out face first. Bubba was diagnosed with Spastic colon and Barretts esophagus, and the damn Depo shot made me BLEED for 3 solid months instead of stopping it! Life has been the roller coaster ride from hell this ;last 3 months and I am done and wanna get off. I have lost 14 pounds in the last few weeks just because I am too upset to eat, but I did my labs like a good girl even though I had been on a 2 week fast, I am sure the doc will understand the circumstances. Eating just hasn't been at the top of my list lately BUT I have TRIED and I have remembered to take ALL my supplements, even when I can't eat! I have to fight the dog over the CitraCal lemon chews - he LOVES them! I am alive, not completely well.......my bones ache so damn bad I wonder if the pain and fatigue will EVER go away! But my heart aches even worse..... Just checking in, will check in again after my follow up with the Doc the 28th, hopefully there is some improvement in my labs, even if my life is total chaos....... Willl let you all know Cindee
Guest guest
Cindee, your life is always chaos. Which dog of thirteen likes the chews? The tiny evil one, I bet. My advice: let all adults over age 18 move out of your house and relax with your huggy-bear.
