Hi Donna,

They are Ian's brand, and I buy them at Jimbo's (San Diego area). I'm sure

they have them at Whole Foods, too, and sometimes Henry's.

I've heard of another brand, as well, but we haven't tried or seen them.

I forgot to mention that I make a batch of waffle mix about twice a week and

it keeps in the fridge well, so I can just make up waffles as needed in the

a.m. - they take just 3 minutes!
