virus and fever and symptoms again

My son is four and has autism. He never really was obsessive or lined

up toys ever until he was sick with a virus and high fever last fall.

After awhile, the lining up toys and OCD subsided and he was doing

awesome.

Well now he just had a virus with a high fever again, and just before

he lined up his guitars. He is being a bit OCDish too. Is this a

sure tell sign that he has viral issues or can it be related to

something else? I have noticed that after every time he is sick I see

new or worsening of autism symptoms.

Any advice appreciated. After he was doing so well, it stinks to go

backwards again.
