Guest guest
Have a good trip, Niki, and hang in there! These " two-step back " phases are not fun. I'm in one again myself, don't know if it's the heat, diet, some dye in the meds I'm taking, argh -- frustrating! I hope eventually we'll find a nice plateau and stay there! In the meantime, have a safe trip. Wish I could go soon! > > Thanks, Jan. I'm staying at Lubbock Inn again. Guest guest
Oh, pooh, ! I'd bet big time on the heat as your major factor. (Holy, cow - I just looked up Casper, WY, temps for July on weather.com, and see that you guys have been in the 100s, too!) It's so ironic that I used to count the days until summer, and now I dread it. 95 degrees at 8pm, puh-leeeze!! > > These " two-step back " phases are not fun. Guest guest
Meeee toooo! I HATE the heat, although I do get a little colder in the winters on the mild-wintered Gulf Coast than I used to, but, one thing about it, I can dress up, but can't dress down any more for the summers. And just a LOOK at the sun makes me downright sick. Not exaggerating. It's as though, since I developed the disease (and maybe adrenals too), I literally have a sun allergy. I'm a leo, but I've become a moon child for the past 10 yrs or so. Funny that I don't even like the sun during the winter any more. What IS that??!! Guest guest
, Don't know if there's any connection, but my eyes have become very sensitive to bright light. I think it's adrenal related.
