Hi Kylie,

Great to hear from you... you are doing really well. Sorry to hear about your sore back, nothing worse. I have suffered with bad backs for years and have always found that remedial massage is a great help. I have found the local Chinese massage at Horsnby, not only the best, but also the most cost efficent want of being able to have a good theraputic massage often. The are also great with the reflexology as well.

Keep up the good work with the great weight loss.

Mel

Congrats Kylie about your loss. It is well worth it! Like you I have

found increased back pain.

I was just saying to my chiro the other day that I thought the

weightloss would reduce my visits when its been the other way round.

For me my increae exercise (including starting cycling) has led to

problems with my lower back and hips. I haven't had my orthotics

reviewed in 4years either so they are practically useless now and that

has been the major cause of the back issues. I also find I've been

holding my core muscles (around the stomach) more now that I'm wearing

smaller clothes.

Cheerio

Christy
